Welcome to Amooz'me! Blixli LLC dba Amooz’me (“Amooz’me” or “we” or “our”) Our service provides personalized TV show and movie recommendations across various third-party streaming platforms. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply to your access to and use of any Amooz’me websites, mobile applications and other online products and services which we may offer from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

These Terms of Use, which include our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these terms. Amooz'me is a service that provides recommendations for TV shows and movies available across various third-party streaming platforms. We do not provide the streaming service itself but redirect you to where you can watch the content.

5. USER ACCOUNTS:

You may need to create an account to access features of the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.   You will not allow others to access or use your account or attempt to use another user’s account without prior authorization from us.

6. CONTENT:

All content provided on the Services, including images, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Amooz'me or its licensors and is protected by United States and other applicable laws. Content provided by Amooz’me, including recommendations, is for personal, non-commercial use only.  We may redirect you to third party sites and applications or otherwise make third party content available to you on or through the Services (collectively, “Third Party Content”).  Your use of or interaction with any Third Party Content are solely between you and the third party. We do not control or endorse, and make no representations or warranties of any kind. with respect to any Third Party Content. Your access to and use of Third Party Content is at your own risk.

Amooz'me grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. This use is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Use.

8. RESTRICTIONS:

You will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right or other right of another party while using the Services. You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Amooz'me service. For example, you should not interfere with our service or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide;

  • Modify or make any derivative works based on our Services or develop any applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent;

  • Use the Services in any way that, in our sole discretion, is deemed objectionable and/or harmful to us or a third party.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose.  We do not represent or warrant the quality or functionality of the Services or that they are accurate, reliable, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the extent permitted by law, Amooz'me and its employees, officers, directors, agents, partners and affiliates (collectively “Amooz’me Parties”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits arising out of or related to your use of the Services.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Amooz’me Parties from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services.

11. GENERAL:

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Amooz'me and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Amooz'me.
